The shipment arrived 3 days in advance, the box has a flimsy cardboard so it is hit as it appears in the image, luckily it has not affected its operation. Its materials are of good quality, it is comfortable to use with on/off button and more or less intensity button. More than a massage performs a few downloads with different sequences, it is something very similar to what physiotherapists use called TENS. I have tried it and I liked it a lot, since it relieves the contractured area and can be used in different areas of the body not only in the neck and shoulder, in the knees it goes very well.
